
Best Interest Attorney/Child Privilege Attorney Representation
Chris is frequently appointed by the Court to represent children in contested child custody cases, as both a Best Interest Attorney and a Child Privilege Attorney. A Best Interest Attorney is appointed to represent a child’s best interests in his or her parents’ contested child custody matter. A Child Privilege Attorney is appointed in the context of a child custody litigation to determine whether a child’s mental health privilege should or should not be waived in connection with the court case.
